Nashville Ballet presents Peter & the Wolf

Brave young Peter mistakenly leaves his grandfather’s garden gate open, allowing the duck to escape and unleashing an adventure to remember. In Prokofiev’s whimsical masterpiece, audiences are introduced not only to a charming story but learn about the various instruments in the orchestra.

Nashville Ballet presents Director’s Choice, February 11-13th at TPAC’s Polk Theater. In creating “Postcards from the Boys”, eclectic choreographer Sarah Slipper was inspired by the plight of the homeless as well as the music of singer songwriters Guy Clark and Darrell Scott in this jazzy, modern, and visually enthralling production. “Satto”, by choreographer Salvatore Aiello,

Vanderbilt Dance Program’s Spring Semester Registration Dates are January 18-22 and Spring Classes start January 24. There are a variety of dance genres and levels, and classes are open to the public: www.vanderbilt.edu/dance



The School of Nashville Ballet has lowered its registration fees for all adult classes, and has added several new offerings for the spring semester, including Nia, yoga, hip hop and Broadway Jazz.
